Chosen Family Law Center—CFLC is a 501c3 nonprofit organization providing LGBTQ+ Free Legal Services for families and individuals in NY and NJ.

NYS Attorney General—Has helped transgender New Yorkers appeal discriminatory insurance practices for surgery or hormone therapy denials. Use “contact” form or “resources” page.

Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund—Dealing with issues concerning employment, healthcare, education, discrimination, and public accommodations; also provides name change assistance
